Ever think you are alone in how you think or how you live?
Ever since the start of my struggles with IBS, my dietary decisions about being vegetarian, then vegan, then gluten-free, I thought I was alone. With the people around me who can eat anything, nobody understood how food could cause such pain to me. Still, people often say, “If only you ate …you’d be fine.”
I’ve been reading blogs for a few years now, but now that I’ve found vegan. gluten free. xgfx, this is a true testament to to others who have moved towards this diet/lifestyle based on physical, mental, and emotional affects of gluten, dairy, soy, etc. Thank you allyson, jessy & kittee for reaching out and putting together this list!
